Hoymiles HiOne Launch

The Amsterdam launch combined product presentations, a partnership signing ceremony and a live installation challenge. The production team needed to make these different moments clear to online viewers while following the event schedule. My challenge was to keep client communication and on-site filming coordinated as the programme moved between speakers, product demonstrations and stage activity.

I coordinated on-site filming and client communication, working with the production team to support the live broadcast. My role was to translate client requirements into clear tasks, keep colleagues aligned during the event and help the team respond to on-site changes. I focused on coordination and delivery, working alongside the specialists responsible for camera operation and technical streaming.
